For over 20 years, Jim Wallace has served as a head pastor, with his wife, Anne, involved and active in each congregation. In late 2014, they moved from Iowa to Tigard to lead Rise Church. They have fallen in love with the people here and are so passionate about LIFTING THE COMMUNITY.
