Apostle's Creed
I believe in God, the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, God's only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried;
he descended to the dead.
On the third day he rose again;
he ascended into heaven,
he is seated at the right hand of the Father,
and he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the only catholic church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting. Amen.

We practice open communion where all, even children who are being raised in the faith, are welcome at the Lord's table.
Why? Because Christ died so every person could receive the forgiveness we don't deserve, but receive through grace.

As Christ's disciples, we are called to minister by teaching the truth, addressing the needs (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) of our community and welcoming all, regardless of ethnicity, religious background, gender or sexual orientation.

God sends the Holy Spirit to dwell in us and give us the energy, intelligence, imagination, and love to be Christ's disciples.
